Vintage cotton into a romper with two front pockets, on fake pocket on the top, adjustable waistband (elastic band sewn in, giving it 15cm tolerance) and a zipper 

It’s two sizes in one because the pattern is meant to make it look baggy and the fabric is elastic so there’s plenty of room for both sizes.
