Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Each piece in our collection is handmade using carefully sourced secondhand, vintage, or deadstock materials — making every item truly unique. We want you to love what you receive, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Right to Cancel (EU Law)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
To start a return, please email us at divokiboutique@gmail.com with your order number and request. We’ll guide you through the process.
Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Please return items in original condition — unworn, unused, and with any tags or packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping. We’re not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method. If the item shows signs of use or damage, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Exchange Options
🔁 Exchange for a Different Size
If your item is available in another size, we're happy to swap it out. Please contact us first to confirm availability.
🎁 Exchange for Another Item
You can exchange your item for another piece from our shop (subject to availability). If the new item is of greater value, we’ll send a payment link for the difference.
🎟️ Store Credit Option
Prefer to take your time choosing something new? We can issue you store credit instead of a refund. Just let us know when you request your return.

Please email us right away if your item arrives damaged or incorrect — we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
