1. What is Divoki?
Divoki is a sustainable fashion brand that specializes in creating handmade clothes from vintage and secondhand fabrics. We as a community are dedicated to promoting slow fashion, valuing quality over quantity, and embracing eco-friendly practices.

2. How are Divoki's clothes made?
Each garment at Divoki is meticulously hand-sewn by me, Kristina. I use carefully sourced vintage fabrics, giving a second life to these materials and reducing waste. 

3. Why choose vintage fabrics?
I believe vintage fabrics carry a certain charm and history that modern materials often lack. By repurposing these fabrics, I want to honour the craftsmanship of the past and add a touch of nostalgia to my creations. It's also a sustainable choice, reducing the demand for new materials and contributing to a circular economy.

4. Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive! If something’s not quite right:

• You have 14 days to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, in original condition.

• Return shipping is at your cost (unless the item is faulty).

• We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

• Custom-made and hygiene-sensitive items (like earrings) can’t be returned.
